Easy Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item, please do so within 2 days of delivery. Just let us know, and we’ll gladly assist you with an exchange
A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
- Condition Matters: Items must be returned in their original, brand-new condition with all tags and labels intact.
- Value Adjustments: If the item isn’t returned in its original condition, you may be responsible for any loss in value.
For Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, we want to make it right. We’ll exchange the product for a new one but to do so, please provide us with a short video of the unboxing that clearly shows the damage or defect. Without this proof, we won’t be able to process it.
